How launch monitors work

What to look for

Radar vs. cameraRadar tracks the ball through the air; photometric cameras read the moment of impact. Both work indoors with the right space.
Indoor or outdoorEach unit needs a certain distance to read your shots — confirm the space you have before you choose.
The data that mattersCarry, ball and club speed, spin, launch angle and more. Pick the metrics you'll actually use to improve.
Software & subscriptionsSome unlock courses and simulation via subscription; others include it. Know what's bundled before you buy.

Launch monitor FAQs

Take your game indoors without sacrificing data. Our curated lineup runs from entry-level to tour-grade so you can track every swing with confidence.

Can I use a launch monitor indoors?

Yes. Every monitor we carry works indoors with the right amount of space. Radar units typically need a few feet behind the ball and toward the net; camera-based units read at impact and need less distance. Each product page lists the space it needs.

How accurate are these launch monitors?

All of the monitors we sell deliver reliable, improvement-grade data. Tour-grade camera units like the Foresight GC3 offer the highest precision, while options like the FlightScope Mevo Gen2 deliver excellent accuracy at a more accessible price.

Do I need a subscription?

It depends on the unit. Some monitors include their software and courses; others unlock simulation and course play through an optional subscription. We note what's included on each product page so there are no surprises.

Which launch monitor works with my Net Return net?

All of them. Any launch monitor here can be paired with a Net Return net for a complete home practice setup. If you want it bundled, check our Net + Monitor packages.

Radar or camera — which is better?

Neither is universally better. Camera (photometric) units excel at indoor accuracy in shorter spaces; radar units track full ball flight and shine outdoors or in longer rooms. Choose based on your space, budget, and the data you care about most.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free ground shipping is available within the continental U.S. Final shipping options are shown at checkout.
