The Net Return Warranty Policy:
At The Net Return, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty policy ensures that you get the best performance and longevity from your net.
Warranty Coverage:
1. Covered Products – This non-transferrable warranty applies only to authentic Net Return products purchased directly from The Net Return or an authorized dealer.
2. Warranty Periods by Product Line:

Pro Series & Home Series Nets – Covered by a three-year warranty from the date of purchase (or 250,000 shots. Whichever comes first).

Bulletproof Nets – Covered by a five-year warranty from the date of purchase.

All Other Net Return Products – Covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
3. Replacement Allowance – The Pro Series and Home Series warranty includes up to two (2) replacement nets for customers whose nets have torn due to regular golf training use. Warranty period does not renew upon replacement.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:
● Damage from external factors – including weather conditions such as wind, snow, falling branches, hail, or lightning.
● Damage from improper use – including cut, scuffed, or damaged balls, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation/assembly.
● Unauthorized modifications or repairs – including alterations or repairs made by unauthorized parties.
● Property damage – The Net Return is not responsible for broken windows, wall damage, televisions, computers, or any other property damage caused by a ball passing through or around the net.
● The Net Return reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether warranty service will be provided.
User Responsibility & Safety Guidelines
● It is the owner’s responsibility to regularly inspect their net for wear and tear before each use.
● No person or entity should be behind the net while it is in use. The net should also not be placed in front of objects or areas where damage or injury may occur.
How to Request a Warranty Replacement
If you need a replacement under warranty, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us – Email support@thenetreturn.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged net.
2. Approval Process – Our team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies under our warranty policy.
3. Return & Shipping – Once approved, customers may be asked to return any damaged items before receiving a replacement. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
