Eligibility: The Bryson-signed Free Net Giveaway is open to current residents of the United States who follow The Net Return’s Instagram account. Must be 18 years or older at the time of entry to win. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of the sponsoring entity, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The entry period for the giveaway will be on Friday, April 19, 2024, and will run until Sunday, April 28, 2024 at 11:59 p.m ET.
Entry: Individual interested in participating must meet the following criteria:
- Must be an active follower of The Net Return’s Instagram profile (@thenetreturn).
- Must like and comment tagging 2 other active Instagram users on the designated Instagram post.
- Share to your Instagram story for an extra entry.
Prize: The winner will be shipped a functional Net Return golf net signed by LIV Tour player, Bryson DeChambeu. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The draw for each prize will take place the day within 5 days of the conclusion of the entry period. Winners will be notified via Instagram. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
Prize Redemption: Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winner during the notification process. Standard shipping costs for one attempted delivery within the continental United States will be covered by The Net Return.
Taxes: All federal, state, and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the winner. Consult with a tax professional regarding potential tax implications of accepting the prize.
General Conditions: The Net Return reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time. By participating, subscribers agree to these Official Terms and Conditions.
Publicity: By entering the giveaway, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, and/or biographical information for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Release and Limitation of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless the sponsoring entity and its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
Disputes: Any disputes arising out of or relating to the giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
