Side Barriers

The Side Barriers are specifically designed for use with The Net Return Pro Series Net. The Side Barriers insure that mishit balls never leave the hitting area. If using the Pro Series net indoors or in an area where errant balls are a safety concern the Side Barriers are required. If you are an accomplished golfer or using the Pro Series outdoors where safety is not a concern the Side Barriers are not required. Understand also that the Side Barriers can be added at anytime and are not required for use with the Pro Series net.

The Side Barriers are made of the same heavyweight, polyester netting that comprises our Pro Series net, setup in under 5 minutes (using Velcro color coordinated tabs) and can be easily stored in transported in the Pro Series duffle bag. Each Side Barrier is individually cut and sewn by hand.

Each pair of Side Barriers weigh approximately 15 lbs., are 7’4” high and extend out to 10’ in length. They are sold in pairs (right and left), can be extended straight out or setup on wider angles as needs dictate. Each set of Side Barriers are extended out by using sandbags, two are provided (one for each Side Barrier) or if using outdoors they can be extended and staked (stakes are not provided).

When extending out the Side Barriers to their max distance (approximately ten feet or so) you  may also want to weight (sandbag) or stake the back of the frame. Extending the Side Barriers to their maximum distance can often lift the back of the frame off the ground by several inches. The weighting or staking of the rear of the frame will eliminate this.

Pro Turf

The Pro Turf is designed specifically for use with The Net Return “Pro Series” net. It is a substantial product that is made of a 42 oz. nylon, is 6’ wide x 10’ long, has a 5 mm foam backing and weighs approximately 55 lbs. It is a substantial piece of turf.

The Pro Turf can be used indoors or outside, rolls up for easy storage / transport and unlike traditional smaller golf mats provides a continuous surface for easy ball return. The Pro Turf is also thicker and handles club head heat (friction) better than our Home Turf.

You can also double the life of your turf by rotating the turf as required.

The Pro Turf ships in a 12” diameter roll x 72” length (6 feet) and is approximately 55 lbs. in weight.

Home Turf

The Home Turf is designed specifically for use with The Net Return “Pro Series” net. It is a product that is made of a 32 oz Poly, is 6’ wide x 10’ long and weighs approximately 50 lbs. The Home Turf can be used indoors or outside, rolls up for easy storage / transport and unlike traditional smaller golf mats provides a continuous surface for easy ball return.

The Home Turf is designed for the golfer who intends to practice two to three times per week. For golfers intending to practice more than this we recommend the Pro Turf.

The Home Turf ships in a 12” diameter roll x 72” length (6 feet) and weighs approximately 50 lbs.

Runner Golf Turf

The Runner Golf Turf is a 52 oz. nylon approximately 2’6” wide x 9’ long (21 Lbs). It has outstanding wear and durability. The Runner Golf Turf can be used indoors or out and rolls up for easy storage or transport.

Thick Tee Golf Turf

The Thick Tee Golf Turf product is a 2’ wide x 3’ long nylon hitting mat that can hold a standard tee. The Thick Tee Golf Turf is also great for iron / wedge practice (out of the second cut).

It is extremely durable, can be used indoors and out and easily rolls up for storage / transport.

Sandbags (2 Pack)

Our Sandbags are made of a heavyweight 600 Denier packcloth material and have two saddlebags that zip shut and a black poly handle for easy transport or storage. The Sandbags ship empty and when filled weigh approximately 15 lbs. each.

Sandbags are required when using the The Net Return Pro Series outside. This is due to the wind, which can catch the net and topple it over. Sandbags are not required when using the Pro Series indoors. When using the Pro Series net outdoors we recommend four sandbags placed on the base of the frame. The four locations are labeled “Sandbag Here” when you receive your Pro Series net.

Sand can be obtained at a very reasonable cost from your local Home Depot, Loews or Garden Center .  Plan to spend about $4.00 - $5.00 on a 50 lb. bag.

Heavy Duty Sandbags (2 Pack)

Our Heavy Duty sandbags are designed for rigorous use. Each sandbag holds up to 15 lbs. of sand, are tube shaped and can be used to weight the base of The Net Return Pro Series Net or extend the side barriers.

Putting Cup and Flag

The Putting Cup and Flag inserts into this hole and “catches” the ball as it is putted into the cup. It can be installed or removed in a matter of seconds.

Duffle Bag

Frame Pads

The Frame Pads are designed to protect the lower left and right vertical frame members from being damaged by mishit golf balls. They have a slit on one side and simply snap onto the lower frame tubes similar to a “hot dog bun”. Frame Pads can be used indoors or out, are approximately 2” thick and can easily be stored or transported in the Pro Series Duffle bag.

Please Note: We do not want to dissuade someone from purchasing the Frame Pads but unless there is an overwhelming need for frame protection (as in the case of a golf instructor with many beginner golfers) the Frame Pads are not warranted. We realize that they are pretty pricey (they are very well made), and want to insure that you truly require them prior to a purchase. Also remember that you can always add Frame Pads later if you determine these are a need.
